By creating an account or using Nexus Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be a resident of Canada and of the age of majority in your province or territory to use Nexus Care. Services are provided only where permitted by applicable law and professional regulation.
3. Not for Emergencies
Nexus Care is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
4. Practitioner Relationship
Consultations are provided by independent licensed Canadian practitioners. A practitioner may decline to provide treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
5. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during assessments. Providing false information may affect the safety and appropriateness of your care.
6. Payments and Refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Prescription and dispensing fees are subject to applicable regulations. Refund eligibility depends on the status of your order and medication dispensing rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Care is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except where caused by our gross negligence.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
